Digital Enterprise

Manufacturing has never been easier

Manufacturing machines

To create digital twin of single-purpose machines, we use the Siemens Mechatronic Concept Designer in which you can start with the digital twin creation already in the design phase of the machine concept. With gradual refinement, you can detail model, simulate and test individual machine components, their interconnections, and the machine as a whole. Besides the simulation of kinematics between different parts of the machine, it is possible to use the built-in possibilities of artificial physics, which adds the effect of physical forces including gravity. The tool performs all the necessary calculations, simplifying and accelerating the work of all professions involved in the machine preparation process.

Production lines

The Siemens Tecnomatix Process Simulate tool is used to create a digital twin of larger production units such as robotic cells. It does not take into account the physical properties of the individual components, but mainly works with kinematics of the entire line and the co-operation of individual robots. One of the main benefits of Process Simulate is the integration of robot controllers that allow both robot model control and offline programming. Simultaneously, operations performed manually by the operator can be included in the simulation. Like the other tools mentioned, Process Simulate also allows you to link the created real-mode model.

Production unit

The Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation can be used to create the digital twin of the entire production unit, which allows you to simulate processes primarily from a logistical point of view. Using the model, it is possible to optimize the location of individual workplaces, the flow of material and to plan the use of individual resources and many other parameters.
